In regards to handling the customer's personal information

Iwasaki Hotels corporation will observe the 'Law of protecting the private information' to protect the customers' privacy.

1. Iwasaki Hotels corporation ( in what follows, reference to 'we') uses the personal information in the application form for which the customer make a reservation concerning our business, such as accommodations, restaurants, weddings, activities, etc. Such information above will be used for making contact with the customer, and for the procedures when we provide the services to the customers and when we arrange the services provided by us within the limitation of our necessity.
   In addition, we may use the customer's information
   (1) for the brochures of products, services, and campaigns of our company and the companies which are affiliated with us.
   (2) for asking the customer to give us feedback and impressions after using our facilities.
   (3) for offering privileged services.
   (4) for making statistical data.
2. Our group businesses which we share some personal data which is relevant to contact with customer, such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address. The data above must be strictly keeps to a minimum. Our group businesses may use the customer's information when we introduce each business guide, products, and events, and when we send the products purchased by the customer. Please inform the private information administrator at the following address, in the case of requesting to cancel the delivery of direct mail and the rest.
3. For the customer's convenience, there is the possibility that we may exclose the private data to the transit company and the souvenir shops. With those company, we conclude a non disclosure agreement. In the case above, we offer personal data concerning the customer's name and the means of conveyance, by electronic method beforehand. If the customer require the cessation of offering the personal data, please inform our inquiry center in advance.
