Iwasaki Hotels' Privacy Policy

Cancellation policy will be applied from the day before your arrival date.
In case of cancellation on the day before your arrival, 50% of the accommodation fee will be applied. Also, a cancellation on the day of your arrival, we charge you 100% of your accommodation fee and we charge 100% of the accommodation fee for no show.
For a group of more than 15 people, another policy will be applied.
